1. Shipping Policy

At Ecomaksh, all our core offerings — including digital marketing services, website development, and downloadable products — are delivered digitally. Therefore:

  • ✅ No physical shipping is required.

  • 📧 Access to digital products (eBooks, templates, files) is provided via email or user dashboard.

  • ⏱️ Delivery timeline for digital products is within 1–24 hours after successful payment unless otherwise stated.

If you do not receive the digital item within the promised timeframe, please contact us immediately at [support@ecomaksh.com].


2. Exchange Policy

Due to the intangible nature of our services and products, we do not offer exchanges.

However, we do offer:

  • ✅ Correction of errors in delivered services

  • ✅ Revision cycles as per the scope of your package

  • ✅ Replacement of defective download links or file access

For concerns, write to support@ecomaksh.com with your order number and issue details.


3. Physical Items (If Applicable)

If Ecomaksh offers any physical product in the future (e.g., printed guides, merchandise):

  • 📦 Standard delivery within 5–10 business days (India) or 10–20 business days (international)

  • 🛍️ Tracking details will be shared via email upon dispatch

Exchanges for physical products are allowed only if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • Exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • Unused condition with original packaging

Shipping cost for return may be borne by the customer unless the fault is ours.
