Content writing and other digital solutions
The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each service will be defined via custom proposals, emails, or contracts shared with the client.
When working with us or accessing our platform, you agree to:
Provide accurate information and content required to complete services
Not engage in abusive, illegal, or unethical activities
Not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our content or code without permission
You are solely responsible for any outcomes from decisions based on our advice or services.
All fees must be paid in full as per agreed milestones or upfront payment structure.
Invoices are to be paid within 7 days unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for unpaid invoices or repeated delays.
All content, graphics, custom code, and strategies created by Ecomaksh remain our intellectual property unless transferred under a separate agreement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their intended business purpose.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute our original strategies or templates
Claim ownership of designs, funnels, or automation not fully paid for

Services once started are non-refundable
You may cancel ongoing services with a 7-day written notice
Digital products are non-returnable
Ecomaksh is not liable for:
Business losses or lost revenue due to third-party errors, platform changes, or client-side issues
Delays caused by the client (in providing inputs, approvals, etc.)
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service.
We may use third-party services (e.g., Meta Ads, Google, Shopify, Make.com) as part of our work. You agree to abide by the terms of those services and understand we are not responsible for their outages, changes, or downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without cause, especially in the case of:
Policy violations
Payment failures
Abuse or misuse of services

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.
