Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ecomaksh, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, development, and consulting services. Our goal is to ensure satisfaction while maintaining transparency regarding cancellations and refunds.


1. Service Cancellation Policy

A. For One-Time Projects (Website, SEO, Design, etc.)

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If work has already commenced, a cancellation fee of up to 30% may be deducted to cover resource allocation and planning.

B. For Monthly/Retainer-Based Services

  • Cancellation for ongoing services (like social media, ads, SEO retainers) requires a 7-day prior written notice.

  • If canceled mid-cycle, services will continue until the end of the paid billing period; no partial refunds will be issued.


2. Digital Product Purchases (If Applicable)

  • Due to the non-tangible nature of digital products (ebooks, templates, software), no cancellations or refunds are allowed once the product is delivered/accessed.

  • In case of duplicate payment or technical issues, please contact us within 48 hours for resolution.


3. Refund Policy

A. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are processed only in cases where:

    • The service was not delivered within the agreed timeline, and the delay was solely on our part.

    • A double payment or payment processing error occurred.

    • A service was purchased by mistake and no work has been initiated.

B. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom packages, strategy sessions, paid consultations, domain/hosting purchases, and third-party software fees are non-refundable.

  • Payments for completed tasks are non-refundable even if the client discontinues further service.

C. Refund Processing Time

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after internal verification.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.


4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue directly with our support team will be considered a violation of this policy. We encourage customers to first reach out and resolve any concerns.
